主要研究領域包括國際法、法學教育史🏌🏼‍♂️、經濟法🗄、全球數據治理🉑。近三年已在Human Rights Quarterly, International Review of Economics & Finance, International Data Privacy Law, Legal History Review, and Northwestern Journal of International Law and Business等期刊發表若幹論文🛄。

CHEN Li is a Professor of Law at Fudan University Law School. He specializes in international law, the history of legal education, economic law, law and technology. His recent articles have appeared in peer-reviewed journals, including Human Rights Quarterly, International Review of Economics & Finance, International Data Privacy Law, Legal History Review, and Northwestern Journal of International Law and Business.
